چکیده

In this paper we have reported development of suitable dosage form for novel curcumin analogue synthesized in our laboratory. The work involves preformulation studies followed by preparation and optimization non-aqueous gel loaded (CA-NP) nanoparticle gel. formulated gels were observed visually clarity, homogeneity, phase separation. They tested their appearance presence any aggregates. Curcumin PLGA nanoparticles prepared using the nanoprecipitation -solvent evaporation method further optimized. In-vitro antioxidant activity formulation was then evaluated DPPH radical scavenging activity. exhibited good with IC50 value 5.39 μg/ml.
